Origin: Kathy mangos originated from the breeding program of the legendary Gary Zill in Boynton Beach, FL.
Flavor Profile: The Kathy mango has a super smooth fiberless texture and is extremely juicy. The flavor is the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. It has notes of apricot and peach. This mango has a large amount of flesh on each cheek.
How To Eat: For optimal ripening, mangoes should be left on a counter or in a pantry at room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Once soft all over, cut into each cheek and spoon out the inner flesh!
First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 3-5 pounds.
- Large Box contains up to 8-10 pounds.
