Origin: Nam Wah Bananas originate from southeast Asia but are now grown all over the world in tropical regions.
Flavor Profile: These bananas have a rich, sweet vanilla flavor and a thick, silky texture when ripe. These are Edelle's favorite banana!
How To Eat: When the Nam Wah Banana is ripe it should be soft and easy to peel. Once peeled, the fruit inside is ready to eat! Make sure to allow these bananas to ripen at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (or warmer). Exposure to colder temperatures can result in ripening issues. Nam Wah Bananas are great in smoothies as well!
