Papaya

 Origin: Though the exact origin is unknown, Papaya is thought to have originated in Central America and the Caribbean region of the world.

Flavor Profile: Papaya has a melon-like consistency with a sweet flavor and malty notes. The flavor is typically strong, and its texture is similar to that of a mango. 

How To Eat:  Papayas are ripe when most skin color is yellow rather than green. Once ripe, cut in half length-wise down the center. Scoop out the seeds, and consume the flesh raw avoiding the skin. 

The unripe green fruit can be eaten cooked, usually in curries, salads, and stews. Green papaya is used in Southeast Asian cooking, both raw and cooked.

Papaya goes great with bananas and turmeric in smoothies.

1 small or half large papaya
2 large passionfruits or 6 small passionfruit
5 frozen mysore bananas
water
(optional add key lime)

The passionfruit almost gives it an orange creamsicle flavor.
